Crochet Square Sweater

This is the easiest pattern to make a top of any size. Square sweater can be done with simple two square pieces or two granny squares.

माझ्या मराठी मैत्रिनिंसाठी खाली वापरलेले इंग्रजी मधले टाके मराठीत समझुन घेन्या साठी ही लींक पहा.

Measure shoulder to shoulder for whom you are making this sweater. You can add few inches extra if you like.

Join two pieces in such a way that you will leave space for the head to go through. So I stitched first and last 4 rows together.

For armholes, leave 6 rows counting from the shoulder and start stitching them together till end or leave couple of rows at the end (if you think that way it will be more comfortable for the wearer).

Now the sleeves are optional but it is very simple to make them. Attach yarn to armhole.

[Chain 2. Double crochet (dc) in same stitch and each stitch around. Join with slip stitch in first dc] Repeat this till you have desired length of sleeves.

Choose any stitch or pattern by which you can make square (you can see two pictures below I had made these for a baby and for a friend)
